Given a second chance at life, creative wellness became my lifeline and greatest means of transformation. Now, as a multi-genre author, creative wellness coach, and motivational speaker,  I help others to channel their minds, lean into their soul, and unleash creativity. My mission is to empower people to exceed limitation and express the best version of themselves through the transformative energy of creative wellness.

 Hi, my name is Ebonnie Shreve, owner of Heart Healer Ink. And I'm living proof that even when life throws its toughest challenges – be it disability, neurodivergence, or any other "limitation" – you have the power to choose a path towards your best life. My professional journey has been diverse, graduating with a business degree, spending fifteen years in the veterinary field – a world that taught me so much about care, compassion, and the delicate balance of life. My current focus is in public health, driven by a desire to make a positive impact on community well-being. Complementing these scientific endeavors is a lifelong love for creative arts. I firmly believe that integrating creativity into our healing process offers a truly holistic approach, nurturing not just our minds and bodies, but also our spirits.
