Today, as a multi-genre author, Certified Transformational Coach, and NLP Practitioner, I help driven visionaries channel their minds, lean into their souls, and build the internal architecture to exceed their perceived limitations.

The Journey

My professional foundation was built over fifteen years in the healthcare and veterinary industries—a world that taught me the delicate balance of life and the necessity of radical compassion. However, a personal "boulder" in the form of a chronic illness diagnosis forced me to pivot. My body became a "locked and loaded" security system, signaling that the old patterns no longer served me.

To heal, I had to do more than toss pebbles; I had to become the protagonist of my own story. I began "dating myself," nurturing self-love, and creating new neural pathways through the holistic practice of Creative Wellness—using creativity and mindfulness to support health and well-being.
